Rockhard Excavating is a fast growing company with a positive atmosphere that specializes in residential and commercial civil construction projects. We are well established in the Okanagan and have been operating for 10 years. Looking for Immediate filling of this position.

We are looking for multiple hard working and reliable civil construction skilled labourers to join our team for full time permanent positions.

This position includes in depth training assisting crews with installation of underground utilities, earthworks, road construction and residential/commercial building excavations. You will also have the opportunity to be trained on heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders and packers. This is a starting position with a lot of room for advancement and promotion.

Requirements:
-A valid drivers license and own vehicle
-A hard hat, steel toe boots, and safety vest
-Experience in civil construction is not required but considered an asset

Wages range from $22.00-$28.00 per hour and are negotiable based on experience level.
