I am looking for a young (20's) woman to sublet my room for this summer, May 1st - August 31st. There are 3 other roommates, and they are women either working in a co-op, semi-recently graduated, or still in school.

The room is very spacious with a private patio. Furniture included: A bed and mattress, a desk, 2 dressers, and a side table. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, but she is clean. Bathroom cleaning duties are split evenly. Household chores are divided up. No pets.

The house is a minute away from the R4, 49, 7, and 2. It is also right next to the Save-on-Foods and a few cafes.
