Beautiful genuine leather power reclining sofa made by Palliser which is one of the few remaining high end and quality furniture manufacturers. This sofa is made with high quality leather all around and not just on the arms and cushions but everywhere including the sides and back. It has power reclining, power head rests and power lumbar support on both ends, is blue in colour and is less that 18 months old. We purchased it at Island furniture. Pick up only and would prefer cash but will accept email money transfer. Reason for selling is it is just too big for our small condo space. Will post a few pics, original purchase cost and asking price a little later on. New furniture prices are set to sky rocket if US tariffs go into place so buying “same as new” will be the lowest cost option.
