Job Overview:

Circle K is looking for friendly and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring an efficient and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handle transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed properly

Follow all safety and security procedures

Assist with store promotions and customer loyalty programs

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

Work as part of a team to achieve store goals


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
