Recently sold our Canadian home and looking to live part time in Canada.

- We are a family (2 adults, 3 kids full time, 2 kids every other weekend) from the Beaverton area.
- We are experienced Canadian home owners for many years and have changed our goals due to the Real Estate climate in Ontario.
- We are looking for an off season/winter home rental anywhere in the surrounding area.
-We own property in the Dominican Republic and will be spending half the year there.
-The time we would like to rent would be roughly September 1st to January 31st.
-We are in need of a safe place to stay with basic working amenities.
- We would love a furnished home, but can discuss non-furnished rentals as well
- We are responsible parents, responsible home owners, and respect other peoples belongings.
- We are capable of property maintenance of any type during our stay as required.
- We look to prove our value as potential return renters and therefore intend to be the best tenants we can be.
-We do have 2 gentlemen kitty cats we call family that come with us. We have a trained vet tech in the family and take pet ownership very seriously.
- We are looking to build a quality relationship with someone who would like to earn some cash while they're gone while also avoiding year round rental costs in Canada ourselves.
- For work we both work freelance online, we also have two children with needs and some income to provide for them. We do have a modest income but given that we are rent free half of the year in our own property we feel most rentals in Ontario are very comfortable for us financially. Our property is also rented from us when we aren't using it. Providing further income.
