Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers and partners with a friendly, professional demeanor.
● Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
● Maintain a well-organized front desk and office environment.
● Support the finance team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
● Assist with customer follow-ups, appointment setting, and general client relations.
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office supplies management.
● Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and team members.
