Hi, I'm Kurtis, owner of 1-2-1 Fitness and former Head Strength Coach at Wilfrid Laurier University. With over eight years of experience, I specialize in helping busy individuals lose weight, build muscle, and make fitness a sustainable part of their lives.
Limited-Time Offer:
My regular rate is $55 HST per session, but when you start with two sessions per week, you'll lock in $45 HST per session for the next two months, then transition to a permanent rate of $50 HST per session.
Training is available from my private studio in the Weber and Bridgeport area, or from your home or condo gym in Waterloo.
2X Per Week Time Slots:
• Monday 11:00 AM / Thursday 11:00 AM – Still available (studio or in-home)
• Tuesday 6:30 PM / Thursday 6:30 PM – Filled
• Tuesday 7:45 PM / Thursday 7:45 PM – Still available (studio only)
• Wednesday 6:15 AM / Friday 6:15 AM – Filled
• Wednesday 7:30 AM / Friday 7:30 AM – Still available (studio or in-home)
