Available space Non-partying, non-smoking roommate for March 1

This space offers an independent fully furnished detached quiet private area which includes mini fridge, kitchenette, flat screen tv, cozy Double sized Murphy bed with extra storage, and an eco friendly composting toilet.

There is Driveway parking, -shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry inside the main house.
It is peaceful here, creek access, and options for gardening. Also 15min walking distance to town if needed. (But vehicle would be most preferred by someone.)

Unfortunately, no cats or dogs as there's three dogs and one cat on the property already. I would worry. (No fears or allergies please!) I'd be OK with fish or rodent of some sort.
Own bedding and sundries required.

I am in a wheelchair so I like to keep my space neat and pretty quiet. 1000$ a month, utilities included. Storage for additional fee. Thanks and please email with any inquiries.
