I am an experienced firesmart swamper (not sawyer) who is looking for similar kinds of outdoor work starting immediately and available year-round. I am a writer by training so not a technical tradesperson by any stretch, but I am fit, a very hard worker, and love working in the forest/outdoors in all seasons. I used to work in the fine dining service industry before Covid and have since done firesmart (mostly in winter but also stack-and-not-burn in spring/summer/early fall) as well as worked as a groundskeeper for a golf course for four summers.

I am looking to do similar work to these jobs this year while I plan for what's next.
