We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, window washing, and floor maintenance.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules while ensuring high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues that arise.
Assist in heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed for thorough cleaning.
Support custodial operations by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients to provide excellent customer service.
Experience with heavy lifting and operating hand tools or power tools is advantageous.
