I'm scheduling a streamed event Apr. 11th and 12th and looking for some assistance.

The stream is a fund raiser to kick start my project "Ocean Cyclist" (dot c o m that to learn more.. email to get prospectus and google docs). I'm slowly reaching out to musicians, poets, and others for content offerings and have a great key band from the 80's donating footage.. looking for some fine tuning help.

I already have a lot of the gear needed.. a couple dSLR's and a 4 chanel switcher, the event will be leveraging the ZOOM presentation platform for *infinite* audience and up to 300 presenters.. and many many "break out" rooms and it'll all be presented in a wordpress shell. The shell is being worked on right now, if you have experience with wordpress.. lemme know. I could use some help.

Two "positions" I'm looking for are talent and location scouts.
For talent.. I'm hoping to find a bunch more bands.. artists, poets, and there is a need for a female Hostess.. direct contact from interested parties is AOK.

Location scout is needed to find a place that'll let the stream pivot out of for the entire duration.. starting at 5pm on Apr. 11th and ending at midnight on the 12th.

Other tasks are needed.. if you think you have something of benefit, let me know.

I'm laying out a magazine that'll be distributed across Canada and down the West Coast of the US after the event and currently reaching out to over 2500 socio- eco NGO's.. so it should be a fun and interesting event.
