About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Convenience Store Associate to join our team at Ottawa General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. This role offers a steady weekday schedule and the potential to earn extra income through a sales incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and organize product displays.
• Monitor inventory and assist with product reordering.
• Promote store products and upsell to customers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Sales Incentive Program:

• Earn additional bonuses based on meeting and exceeding store sales targets.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
