JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for motivated people to join our remote team. In this role, you'll make cold calls using a multi-line dialer to set appointments with potential clients and introduce them to our services—all from the comfort of your home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make phone calls to possible customers to find leads and share information about our services.
- This is strictly B2B cold-calling, and a professional manner is required at all times
- Use clear and friendly communication to connect with people and understand their needs.
- Keep detailed and accurate notes about each call and customer conversation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Stay informed about new industry trends and tools to improve your calling skills.
- Closing Your Own Appointments (Optional, only for those who feel comfortable enough)
TRAINING PROGRAM:
You'll start with an easy two-week training program designed to set you up for success. We'll walk you through our simple processes, introduce you to our products, and share tips on how to communicate confidently with clients. It's a relaxed and supportive way to learn everything you need to shine in your role!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Telemarketing Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience in appointment setting. While 2 years is the minimum, having 5 years of experience is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
- Computer Proficiency: You should be comfortable working on a computer, including using essential software applications and navigating the internet efficiently.
- Flexible Scheduling: The ability to work flexible hours is important, as our business may require you to adjust your schedule to meet different time zones or client availability.
TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a computer
- Must have a headset
POST TRAINING EXPECTATIONS:
- Performance Assessment: After the training period, we will evaluate your performance to determine your suitability for a more permanent role.
- Working Hours: Initially, you will start by working half-day shifts. As you demonstrate reliability and effectiveness in your role, we may offer you the opportunity to work full-day shifts.
