48 year old female with secondary progressive MS. Use power wheelchair, and limited mobility in upper extremities.

Require assistance with virtually all aspects of daily life, including but not limited to:

transfers in/out of bed
dressing
meal preparation/eating
personal care/toileting
medication administration
suprapubic (abdominal) catheter care
housework/laundry
range of motion exercises

House is fully outfitted with required equipment (grab bars, hoyer lift, etc,). Looking to fill Friday through Monday early morning (7-9AM or 7:30-9:30AM) shifts and mid-day Sunday (11AM-1PM) shift. Maybe opportunity for occasional evening shifts. Pay as per DFP $22-25/hour plus 4% vacation pay, depending on experience.
