As we are preparing to open for the 2025 golf season we are starting the process of building our team. These positions will start just before we open. This is generally somewhere between late March to late April depending on the weather. The positions we are looking to hire include:

THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ARE FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND POSITIONS

-Sous Chef - Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly. Prepare food meeting our high standards for banquets, restaurant, snack shack etc. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen meets our high standards. Work with the other cooks to ensure they perform their roles properly. Since we are not open much during the winter, duties in the winter would include things like preparing and executing holiday parties, building maintenance, cleaning, organizing and other duties that are assigned.

-Front of House Supervisor - Work closely with our Clubhouse Manager to ensure the FOH runs smoothly. Ensure all servers are properly trained and giving the service we expect our guests to receive and meeting our high standards. Filling in for shifts as needed. Supporting the staff during busy times. Table talks with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience. Assisting Clubhouse Manager with ordering, inventory management, hiring and management of staff and other duties that are assigned. Since we are not open much in the winter, duties in the off season would include preparing and executing holiday parties, organizing and cleaning the clubhouse, planning and preparing for the upcoming golf season, administration work and other duties that are assigned.
