We are an asset-based transportation company that services Canada and USA using dry vans and reefers. We are looking for a dispatch assistant to join our growing company. Primary functions will be data entry, invoicing, customs clearance, and track and tracing.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
-Manage all incoming calls and resolve any customer escalations
-Track and trace
-Data entry
-Perform data entry for importing and exporting documentation
-Liaise with various departments, internally and externally
-Collaborate with the various customers and drivers to solve any logistical problem
-Overseeing the day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations for the company
*Qualifications:*
-Must be fluent in English (spoken/written), French is preffered but not mandatory
-Must possess basic computer skills (Outlook, dispatch software, excel, Adobe PDF)
-Relevant experienc experience in the transportation industry if preffered.
-Great communications skills
-Multi-Task is a MUST in our work environment.
-Must be a great team player and help other colleagues to achieve company goals.
*Job descrition:*
-Full time, Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM
-Salary to be discussed according to experience in the field.
