Pay: Full commission with a very competitive pay structure—earning potential ranges from $70,000 to $165,000/year

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Car Sales Representative to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Developing a strong understanding of our inventory and presenting vehicle features and benefits.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a competitive and supportive team.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:
- No experience necessary—training provided.
- Sales experience, even outside the auto industry, is highly appreciated and welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Valid OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
