Administration/ deal secretary , MUST have experience in real estate administration,/ handling and closing deals
Will have some of the following following responsibilities:
Preparing Commission Statements for Solicitors/Co-Operating Brokerages
Working knowledge of RECO compliance, FINTRAC compliance, standard real estate transactional paperwork (APS, Waivers, Listings Agreements, etc.)
Manage and maintain real estate transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Accurately enter data, calculate commissions and upload documents
Managing deals office email and respond to all inquiries from agents, cooperating brokerages, lawyers offices, etc.
preparing invoices, commission statements
Some social media postings/ marketing and agent recruiting
