It is not in the greatest cosmetic condition -- some discolouration etc on the seats. Folds out with a trundle into a great little day bed. Also has a large storage compartment inside!

The arm on the right hand side does not fit properly into the bracket. As such, it is currently just held up by a side table pressed against the couch. I think a handy person could likely figure out how to properly affix the arm to the main body of the couch. Or you can just have it up against a wall. Hasn't been a big issue for me.

Pickup only at Jane and Bloor. Will not hold it -- first person to come get it out of my house gets to bring it to theirs.
