I purchased the Houle HLL-10 to landscape my son's yard... Yard is finished and the machine worked great. I was able to contour the yard including some shallow drainage runs. It moves dirt exceptionally well dragging dirt and then perfectly laying it out level, filling in holes and rough areas. This machine has maybe ten hours of use. It is ten feet wide , has a a 30 inch box depth, weighs 1875 lbs. Tilts right and left, has a level indicator and is controlled by three cylinders. It is in new condition. New cost is between $12,200 and $13,000 dependant on dealer. The Houle scrapers are rated best in class. Very well made visit the Houle site for video on it working. I will provide actual pictures to interested buyers. The machine is at my sons' place not mine currently
