I have a used tan fabric Urban Barn sofa and loveseat for sale for $300 or best offer. The sofa set is clean and still comfortable. It's from a smoke free home and has been thoroughly vacuumed and steam cleaned. The seat and backrest cushion covers are removable and have just been laundered. The feet are removable for easy moving. The backrest cushion covers have some discolouration(see pictures) on top from the sun and one cushion has a small hole in it. Overall the sofa set is still in good condition.

The dimensions of the sofa are 94” wide x 40” deep x 30” high. The dimensions of the loveseat are 68” wide x 40” deep x 30” high.
