It is rare to find a walk around queen size bed in a 20 foot trailer but this one does. It also has a flip down couch for more sleeping space. Everything works great, stove with oven, microwave, 2 way fridge, air conditioning, hot water heater, outside shower. It has a bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink. It has 15 inch wheels with grease nipples. It is easy to pull as it only weighs 2495 kg gross weight. Comes with the equalizer hitch as we don't need it anymore. In 2021 we put in new vinyl flooring, a solar charging system and a power awning. It does not have a kitchen booth but has a folding table that can be set up if needed. There has been no water damage but there is some damage to the exterior, mostly the wheel guard has broken. Nothing that affects use. It is located in Marlboro.
