I am a young professional who is looking for a 1 bedroom or a studio apartment starting in September. I am a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant, and can provide credible references along with credit checks. I work in the field of career education and work as a freelance photographer. In my free time, I like to garden, bike, try new recipes. and read.

Ideally, I am looking for:
- a rent controlled place,
- a long-term lease or sublet, for someone who wants to make sure their home is taken care of,
- a landlord who is good at communication and fair,
- a location that is close to a subway line,
- a place with large windows and good light.

I am also open to sharing a home with one person who I can get along with, discuss our communication styles, and expectations as a housemate. In this case, I would like to live with someone who is 2SLGBTQ friendly and ideally from the BIPOC community.
