It walks, stop and the upper body spins (Rotat-o-Matic), then go again, 11 lights blink in turn in group, and the driver, a little man piloting it from the robots chest, moves up and down. It is 13 inches tall. Made in Taiwan by Son Ai Plastic Industrial Company, Ltd. 1985
