Job duties:

1. Oversee the daily activities of customer service worker and agents, ensuring they provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding immigration services. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff engaged in client consultations, data collection, and correspondence.
2. Establish work schedules and procedures. Develop and manage efficient work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and timely client support. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
3. Coordinate activities with other units and departments: Collaborate with immigration consultant, marketing and case management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues. Facilitate inter-departmental communication to address client needs and improve overall service efficiency.
4. Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation: Compile and submit regular progress reports detailing customer service metrics, client feedback, and case resolution times. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Identify training needs and train workers: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs of customer service staff. Develop and deliver training programs on customer service best practices, immigration policies, and company procedures.
6. Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment: Monitor the functionality of customer service software and hardware, ensuring they are operational and efficient. Coordinate with IT service provider to arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.
7. Perform the same duties as supervised workers when necessary: Step in to assist with client consultations, data collection, and correspondence during peak times or staff shortages. Provide direct customer service support to ensure continuity of service.
8. Enhance client relationship management: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service. Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
9. Stay updated on immigration laws and policies: Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration regulations and policies to provide accurate information to clients. Ensure staff are informed of relevant updates to maintain compliance and service quality.
10. Quality assurance and continuous improvement: Regularly review and assess the quality of customer service provided, identifying areas for improvement. Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance service delivery and client experience.

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: at least one year experience, experience in immigration and education customer services as assets
