The couch is a few years old but has only been used by one person. It's in great condition - No stains, tears, scratches, smells or discolouring and all the functions of it work well in the different positions it can be in

It's currently located in a second floor townhouse condo so would have to be brought down some stairs. Must be picked up, no delivery, but Im happy to help bring it down and load in your vehicle, with one other person it shouldn't be too bad
