No smokers, looking for clean working professionals, hybrid ok, full-time in office preferred. Room is furnished with double bed, TV, bed side table, chess of drawers, laundry basket, tower fan (no AC) and small space heater and standing mirror. Rent is 1275, this includes utilities and wifi (rent is non-negotiable) pots and pans can be provided, but you'll be responsible for towels and own toiletries. Sleep over allowed 3 days per weak.
