• Door/bedside cabinet with large storage drawers below
• Dinette seats 4 on cushions/cushioned seat backs; large tabletop for meals/games
• Large storage available beneath each bench seat.
• Easy-clean vinyl covered floor… firm with no noted ‘soft-spots'; other surfaces easy wipe down cleaning.
• Intact drop-down door with sliding window/bug screen
• Lower hard body, contains drop down doorstep (self-stowing for travelling)

• Tongue mounted 20Lb propane tank, battery, wheeled trailer positioning jack, tow lights cable/connector, adjustable drop-down stabilizing ‘jacks'.
• We have never cooked in this trailer during our ownership, preferring to avoid stale cooking odours on the soft goods (mattresses, cushioned seating etc.)
• Inside stove and water heater are propane operated.
• Trailer comes with accessory propane ‘stove' in a delegated case, for outside cooking. Will mount on the door side metal (never used)
• All lights are power cord electricity OR battery operable. We used shore power only but were assured all systems were functioning as designed by the seller I bought it from.
• All bedside custom-made privacy curtains have tie backs, and are new, clean with no stains. (Extra matching fabric is available if matching seat covers are desired. You Tube video link below shows SIMPLE, QUICK construction method (just didn't have time!)

• Although well-used, this trailer tows quietly and easily (we used a mini van). Wheel bearings checked/repacked. Wheels good/tires have good tread.
• Fibreglass top does not leak (Although it has never leaked, a replacement gasket is available online and YouTube shows how.)
• The trailer top cranks up easily and smoothly by hand; comes with an adapter for use with a power drill if wished.
• The beds pull out easily on lubricated glides; have underside attached support poles that attach to trailer box to provide sturdy support for all sleepers.
• ?8-, ?10-foot bag awning is easy out and has its own attached support poles (Original CANTANKEROUS zipper was custom-replaced last summer & works as it was designed to…EASILY!
Well worth the >$100. replacement cost I paid.)
All in all, not brand new and shiny, nor as pretty as some, BUT…intact and certainly usable for years yet. I bought it 2 summers ago for $3000.and we used it happily for those two summers.
I've spent well-over $500. in improvements/modifications and am only selling now due to age…MY AGE! This trailer has proven it's worth and has potential for more years yet. Ideal low-cost starter for younger campers.
