I have a COMMON SPACE to sublet for 1 or 2 people.

3 choices are available for visits:

1) Late tonight, Monday July 1st, between 10:45 and 11:00 pm.
2) Early tomorrow morning, Tuesday July 2nd, between 7:00 and 7:15 AM.
3) Tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday July 2nd, after 4:45 pm.

For one person, it only costs:

a) $16 per night for a monthly agreement (July 1st to Aug 1st), which means $496 for the whole month of July (31 nights).
b) $28 per night for a weekly agreement (starting Monday July 1st), which means $196 per week.
c) $39 for 1 night only, starting Monday July 1st. But in this 3rd case, you wouldn't get a copy of the keys since it's for sleeping and showering only.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE DETAILS BELOW:

Near Honoré-Beaugrand metro station. Beautiful single couch/sofa (IKEA brand) and a vacant floor space (large enough for a double or Queen mattress) are available in a furnished LIVING ROOM for subletting from Monday July 1st.

ALL INCLUSIVE. Internet, Electricity, Hot Water, Washer and Dryer in the kitchen. Bedding and towels.

Beautiful, well-lit apartment (despite being a Ground Floor) with large windows, a FULLY equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with mini-bathtub.

Easy parking (no sticker). 3 minutes by car from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station. And 3 buses take you to the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station in a few minutes. The 141 (frequent all the time), the 186 (normal) and the 187 (frequent during peak hours, normal outside peak hours).

Otherwise, if you prefer to walk in nice spring and summer weather, the metro is 1.5 km away on foot. Depending on your speed, this should take between 15 and 21 minutes (18 minutes on average).

As I wrote earlier, the above-mentioned prices are for single occupancy (1 adult). Adding a 2nd adult (double occupancy on a mattress obviously, not on the couch) costs approximately 50% more.

Therefore, the monthly agreement for July costs $682 for both adults ($341 per person). It means $22 per night for both adults ($11 per person per night).

The weekly agreement costs $294 for both adults ($147 per person). That works out to $42 per night for both adults ($21 per person per night).

And for a 1 night-stay only, it costs $58 for both adults ($29 per person).
