Electric Fireplace - $450

This electric fireplace was used in my office in the background of my clinic
It's 1 year-old and in new working condition. Fire off a log simulation with many features:
Flame intensity settings
Flame colour settings
Fan feature adjustments when utilising the heater function (like a space heater) temperature control system from 64F to 80F. I read reviews where this could wear out- I used this perhaps 3-4 times
It provides BOTH heat and light. And they both can be on a timer.
The fireplace measures 36”w, 21”L 5.75”D
The fireplace runs using a standard wall plug-in with a remote control too
-missing instructions for hanging- I have pictures of each step when I dismantled it.
