The house has fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, stove, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, etc.), dining room table and chairs, nicely furnished living room, comfy sitting room, 2 bathrooms, laundry, lovely front porch and back yard.

Just bring your clothes, your laptop, and buy your own food. Nothing else to worry about. Street parking only.

The rent is $700 per month.

Dedicated parking is available for $35/month. Otherwise there are 3 spots available on a first come basis or free street parking.
