We currently have one opening in our singles, 40 usually male house - close to the inner city. Please, its only for non smoking (including no marijuana), light social drinking only, mature, 'respectful of others' types for approx 2 months . At the end of Aug, when this house is scheduled to be demolished, we have another house to move into - for the right housemate.

Everything but food and personal items is included in monthly rate (ie rent, utilities, wifi, cable, cleaning supplies, TP, etc) but we share in chores (lawn cutting, snow removal, cleaning. Just bring your clothing, some bedding and your personal hygiene items. We are all males now but are not adverse to females, just that females may not be as tolerant to male lifestyle / cleanliness.

We are all used to living very independently so we respect each others' space and lives. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc. The house is fully furnished. We have laundry in the house and an extra office space should one want to use it. We use headsets on stereos, TVs and computers to keep sound invasion to ourselves. Yes, company is allowed but no overnight guests are. Should you have anyone over to visit, guests will need to follow the 'house rules' that are posted, and you are responsible for them being followed.
