Looking at the possibly rehoming our sweet dog Minnie. She is very gentle with our three children under 5. She is ok with other dogs that she has been introduced too in the pass, but can be reactive on a leash. She chases our outdoor cat whenever she sees him, so probably not a great fit for homes with cats. She lives outside in the yard and garage, sleeps in a kennel most nights or in our childrens room. My husband is allergic to dogs so she's not allowed in the house, but she desperately wants to be a house dog since loosing her play mate who was hit by a car a couple months back. Just wondering if there is a better family out there who can give her the love and affection she deserves. Large mixed breed, requires socialization and lots of exercise. She is used to going for runs at least 5 days a week and is a serious chewer so lots of tough toys and Kong's are a must.
