The renters will have the entire basement to themselves, they will have a large living room to themselves. The main kitchen is on the main level but the room renters will also have their own kitchenette as you can see from the pictures with a cook top. If you need to prepare large meal , then you use the main level kitchen. The furniture in the basement is now different and one bedroom is unfinished. They can both be unfurnished if needed. One bedroom is furnished and one is unfurnished. The basement rooms is ideal for a small family or students starting out. The rooms are large enough to share.

Anything else you need to know just call to see the house. You will share everything and not be confined to your room. You will be free to share all accommodations. The only thing in the house that will be off limits is other people bedrooms. No one is allowed in the next person personal bedroom but the living rooms, kitchens, washrooms, back yard and etc is all free to use equally.
