Excellent condition, well maintained. Used regularly every year at fixed location for past 11 years. 28-ft trailer located at Silver Harbor Marina, MB.

Features / condition:
- Roof in good condition. Never significant leaks, minor leak once around AC (repaired)
- Awning with additional attachment (all in good condition).
- Microwave (replaced this year)
- Gas stove / oven (2 propane tanks included)
- Large flat screen w/ DVD (in bedroom)
- Floor redone in 2013
- Originally sleeps 8, but bunk beds currently configured for extra storage in outside garage.
- Fridge, AC / heater, shower / bath, water heater (gas), slide out, etc. all in good working condition.

Issues:
- Has minor hail damage from before 2013 (not very noticeable)
- Hasn't been trailered or used on battery power in recent years
- Minor crack in linoleum near where bathtub and sink come together
- Exterior pin striping is weathered (has been improved since photos taken)
