A plasma cutter is a electric torch used to cut any metals without the need of a gas torch and gas cylinder which are expensive to operate and cumbersome. A plasma cutter cuts instantly and much faster then a gas torch can do. This plasma cutter is impressive and can cut steel up to 16 MM thick ( which is thicker then 1/2 inch thick ). This plasma cutter can operate on both 120 Volts and on 240 Volts which makes it a very versatile machine and allows it to work anywhere you go. The unit was used only 3 times so it is very new. The plasma cutter has a pilot arc start unction. It is a high frequency non-touch arc starting mode. The torch head does not need to touch the metal plate. This greatly extend the working life of consumables, and increase the cutting thickness. Plasma cutter with this function can cut steel plates with rust and paint on the surface.
It has the 2T is semi-automatic cutting control and the 4T is automatic cutting control functions. In 2T, press and hold the torch switch to start arc and cutting, release the switch to stop arc and cutting. In 4T, press the torch switch to start the arc and cutting. When you release the switch, the torch is still cutting, when the switch is pressed again it stops the arc.

It has a convenient built-in air pressure regulator gauge installed on the front panel of the machine instead of at the back like some machines have so can easily see your setting. The recommended air pressure value should be in the range of 40-70 PSI. You can also adjust the air pressure through the regulator. It also has it's own built-in air filter installed at the back of the machine with a quick air connector inlet to connect your air compressor to.

[Cutting Thickness]: The machine is equipped with a current display. You can choose the current to match the air pressure through the cutting chart which mention in manual, expediently and efficiently. Current display at 110V is 10-35A, Under 220V current display is 10-50A, the maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 12mm @ 35A 110V, 60PSI; 16mm@50A 220V 70 PSI.
[Post Time Function]: With post time function, the adjustment range is 2-15 seconds. This function can be adjusted by yourself extend or shorten the cooling time of the torch head, effectively provide cooling, and extend the working life of consumables.

You can adjust the cooling time required to fully cool the torch head. In general a cooling time of 4-8 seconds is recommended.
