Offering our 1989 Hy-Line Trailer that is 36 foot long for sale. It is a 4 season trailer with furnace, full size shower, toilet, very nice kitchen and living room, comes with a couch and fridge. Was originally used by an elderly couple living in it at a park since new. It is in good condition, I know some of the propane lines were recently repaired/replaced. Roof was redone a couple years ago and does not leak.

It is fully papered and in my name, I installed 4 brand new trailer tires in January and two new full 30lb propane tanks. Power and propane was working when I closed her up for the season.

Reason for selling is my wife and I moved away and the trailer was being stored on a family farm that is now being sold and the trailer MUST be gone by July 12.

I paid $5000 for it, but need it gone. Would make an awesome hunt camp home, permanent home off grid, all season travel trailer etc. it's under 10,000 lb and is a ball hitch pull! Take it anywhere with any truck or equivalent!
