We are a group of four responsible and clean individuals in our mid to late 20s, seeking a rental property. Here are the details:

Property Requirements:

Type: 3-bedroom condo/house or 2 den (den can be a small room). Open to 4-bedroom properties if within budget.
Budget: $3000-$3300 for 3-bedroom or 2 den; up to $3500-$3600 for 4-bedroom.
Location: Preferably in Mississauga near highways 403 or QEW, or in Oakville.
Move-in Date: Last week of July or August 1st.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths required; 1.5 baths acceptable if the property is exceptional.
Parking: 2 parking spots needed.
Lease Term: 6 months to 1 year, with a possibility of extension if we love the place.
About Us:

Love Manchanda, currently working as a Product Advisor at a Chrysler Dealership.
Second friend works full-time as a marketer and part-time as a server on weekends.
The other two friends work part-time in a restaurant.
Combined monthly income: $8,000 - $10,000.
All non-smokers and hygiene-conscious.
Valid permits and IDs, and willing to provide necessary documents and good credit scores.
Able to pay first and last month's rent upfront.
We have been residing in Mississauga for the past two years. We are moving due to work commitments in Burlington, which is quite far from our current location. We would prefer to deal directly with property owners to simplify the process.
