It is a private room on the ground level of a shared accommodation. It is currently furnished with a queen size bed, table, and wardrobe. Kitchen, living room, and washroom are shared with in-suite laundry. The rent is $700 ($350 deposit) - plus shared utilities and shared Internet (in summer around 100 & in winter around 150 each occupant).
