I searched diligently for a rust free MGB to restore. This car fits that criteria nicely. It was owned by an enthusiast in the BC interior and had Ziebart rust protection early in its history. Maroon in colour with a black interior. It has a freshly rebuilt motor but is not fully broken in. The 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the car has no overdrive. It is fitted with a new Jubilee soft top, a tonneau cover and a top bow cover are included. Instruments are working and the dash has an after market wood covering. The windshield is unmarked and the triple wipers work well. The car has undergone a chrome grill and chrome bumper conversion. This is an easy car to drive with a nice light clutch pressure and a smooth brake pedal. A snug fit hard top is available if that is wanted. The original jack is present. All new carpets in the trunk and the cockpit. The engine has compression ratio readings of 138 psi to 142 psi and was professionally rebuilt with a Weber carb and alloy valve cover. This car was my winter project and is now for sale near Okotoks. Delivery in an enclosed trailer can be negotiated. If you have ever restored a rusty MGB you will know how expensive that can be. This car will satisfy a discerning purchaser. The asking price is $12,500 or $13,000 with the hard top. FaceTime inspection is available if a personal viewing is not possible.
