I have 1957 18hp outboard Johnson, 3.9hp Mercury is outboard, a 2.2hp unknown . All motors were running a few years ago but have been sitting in heated garage since. Good compression in them all but could use new plugs. The 18hp Johnson does come with electric start and controls. The 2.2 control are needs repair but engine runs and turns 360 degrees for forward and reverse with built in gas tank. Asking $500 for all 3.
