Rent is $700 - $1000/month depending on the room, size and setup. An additional tenant can be approved by the Landlord at an extra cost. Note: As of now, only 1 larger room with separate entrance is available for $900 - $1000. Upon availability, a Tenant can change to a larger or smaller/cheaper room later. Internet, laundry, and utilities are included. Except for private rooms, the remainder of the house is shared by the landlord/owner and the tenant/s. This place is perfect for someone who loves countryside living, nature and opportunities.
