I'm a male student going into my first year of university at McMaster University and am looking for a room preferably near campus for around 500-700 dollars a month depending on the room. I don't drink, smoke, or party and am pretty clean and organized so rest assured the room and house will stay in good condition. I'm looking for a lease starting at the end of August or start of September preferably until the end of April 2025.
