I am looking for female/male to sublet a room and also will have use of the whole house. A non-smoker, clean, responsible about house cleaning, not a heavy drinker, either a student or working full-time.
All the other rooms are furnished. The room is furnished. It is a nice well kept three level townhome right off Bank St., within a 6 minute walking distance from Farmboys, shopping plaza and Billingsbridge Mall that has everything. Central Air, Dishwasher, basement gym and one and half bathrooms, patio deck. It will be available for NOW. Shared utilities. Looking for someone to stay short term 4 to 6 weeks or more.
