I have a used brown fabric oversized sofa and loveseat for sale for $400 or best offer. The sofa set is clean and still very comfortable. It's from a smoke free home and has been thoroughly vacuumed. The seat and backrest cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning and the feet are removable for easy moving. There are some loose threads in the fabric in various areas but overall the sofa set is still in good condition.

The dimensions of the sofa are 100” wide x 42” deep x 32” high. The dimensions of the loveseat are 76” wide x 42” deep x 32” high.
