OK, on the outside its in great condition. On the inside its a different story. The wooden runners need replacing on most of the drawers. The handles need to be tightened, and the keys to the locking roll top are missing. All easily fixed or replaced with standard parts that are fairly easy to obtain and wouldn't take long to install. Great opportunity to fix it and resell it or Put it in your home office as a secondary workspace. Go wild and break out the spray paint and turn it into a work of art. Paint some funky artwork all over it and put it on consignment at some hip shop on Whyte Ave that has a strong web presence and marketing savvy. You could be the next big thing!
