In good condition. We just don't use it anymore.
Beds are queen size and double, with fold down table that becomes a twin sized bed.
We found the beds to be a little hard so there are extra mattress toppers I clouded.
There is lots of storage, both under bench and in the cupboards.
Includes propane stove. Stove and sink work when connected.
