We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
- Team player and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree
