Ideal Candidate:
Someone who has strong computer skills, SAP experience (nice-to-have), invoicing and Accounts Payable experience, excellent customer service skills.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day completion of order routes for delivery, working with production and distribution to process or release shipments. You would also be responsible for reconciliation and confirmation of all completed deliveries, billing, credits, adjustments, electronic invoice exports, electronic archiving of invoices, and proof of deliveries.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or equivalent
• 2-3 years customer service.
• 2-3 years billing experience including invoicing and credits
• 1 year of finance related experience in AP/AR.
• Superior skills in the use of Microsoft applications specific to Excel using formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP ERP system an asset (nice-to-have)
• Self-starter, with proven time-management skills
• Problem analysis and assessment
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Bilingualism an asset
