We have been living in hotels and really need a place to call home. I have a steady income im on disability and also get child tax.

I would perfer a private landlord. I do smoke but i would smoke outside i dont drink nor party. I have no pets and would perfer a apartment on the main floor or a town house no basement suites or main floors. Thank you
